Journey of a Soul

It's a big week in Los Angeles for musical events: last night was U2, tomorrow night I'm going to the premire of the Michael Jackson Movie, "This is It", it will be fascinating to see what Michael was doing during the final months of his life, and to see his entire entourage for this event. I guess it will be quite emotional, but I'm sure it will give me a greater appeciation of the legacy that he's left.
There is a lot of inspiration floating around on the L.A. airways. I got up early today to do some hot and sweaty yoga at Rising Lotus - I've been there every day for the past five days - it's great! A room full of fit, L.A. bodies, sweating buckets in this intense flow class.
Yesterday I rehearesed with Yogi.
Also, some friends of mine are getting married at my house later this week, so it is a week full of love and music here in Los Angeles!
I will write you some more later and let you know how it all plays out.
