Many of you , who have bought the album ,"Beautiful to be Alive", have asked me about the song "Sacred Sex", and what it was inspired by. So here is my answer...
Sacred Sex is like reaching nirvana Where you make love to someone you are so blissfully connected to, it feels like a sacred act. Like eating a beautiful meal as opposed to fast food, sacred sex is about a celebration. A sensual dance, pure love physically expressed and the love between people. When both feel honored and connected in a deep and eternal way.
The song refers in the verse to the opposite, cheap sex, fast food sex which just leaves us empty or de-sensitized. Removed from who we are as human beings.
We live in a society that seeks to make money from everything, as opposed to celebrate the eternal acts of life, such as love, which leads naturally to sacred sex.
